Rhea Chakraborty And Mahesh Bhatt Love Affair (2018) [Rumored]

In 2018, Rhea posted a photo of herself with Mahesh Bhatt with caption “तू कौन हैं , तेरा नाम हैं क्या ? सीता भी यहाँ बदनाम हुई !” The songs are the lyrics of Rajesh Khanna song, Kuch To Log Kahenge.

ED Lodged Money Laundering Case Against Rhea Chakraborty & Her Family (2020)

When Sushant’s family accused Rhea of taking Rs 15 Crores from the late actor, ED (Enforcement Directorate) lodged a case against her. In the investigation, it was found that the actress owns two flats. One is located at Kahr (East), Near the Subway [Worth 85 lakh] in her name, and the other at Ulwe in Raigarh district [Worth 60 Lakh] in her father’s name.

However, the interesting fact is that according to Rhea’s ITR record her net worth is approximately 14 Lakhs (Rose from 10 lakhs to 12 and now 14). From where did she and her family got this money to purchase these flats? There is no answer to this question yet.

Sushant Singh Rajput Suicide Case (2020)

According to multiple sources, Rhea Chakraborty is the main suspect in the late Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide case.

Sushant’s father, K.K. Singh filed an F.I.R. against Rhea at the Rajiv Nagar Police Station, in Patna one month after the actor’s death. Later, a four-member team of Patna Police came to Mumbai for interrogating Rhea and her family members.

K.K. Singh alleged that Sushant was in complete possession of Rhea and she had full control of his bank accounts along with credit cards. He further said that Sushant had also called his sister and told her about Rhea’s threatening behavior of showing doctor’s receipts to the media which would prove him mad. And later on, no one will give him work.

On the night of 8th June 2020, Disha, Sushant’s secretary passed away by suicide. Rhea had appointed Disha as Sushant’s secretary. Later, Rhea blocked Sushant’s number on her mobile phone. Sushant was afraid that she would make him responsible for her manager’s suicide as she threatened to frame his name in the manager’s suicide case.

After multiple conspiracy theories, the Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case was transferred to CBI in August 2020. The CBI agency first started the case by filing an F.I.R. against Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik Chakraborty, a common friend of their, Samuel Miranda, and three other persons.

CBI said in a statement that we have registered a case related to the actor’s death on the request of the Bihar Government and further notification for the Government of India and taken over the charge of the case which was previously registered at Rajiv Nagar Police Station in Patna.

Afterward, Sushant Singh’s death case turned out into a Bollywood drug case. After on, Enforcement Directorate (ED) and Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) also summoned Rhea for the probe related to the actor’s death. After the three-day questioning, NCB arrested Rhea Chakraborty on 8 September 2020. The NCB started inquiries based on WhatsApp chats from Rhea’s phone. Rhea was sent to Byculla Jail on 9 September 2020 and on 11 September 2020, the special court denied her bail request. However, the Bombay High Court granted her cash bail of INR 1 Lakh.
