Sooryavanshi release date being postponed:
Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif starrer ‘Sooryavanshi’ was ready to hit the big screens on March 24. Still, the filmmakers announced that the release date has been postponed due to corona outbreak. Corona outbreak has already led to shutting down of many theatres, which will definitely affect the film’s box office collection.
In an official statement, Akshay said “Sooryavanshi is an experience that we have created for you with over a year of dedication and hard work, and the response we got for its trailer was nothing less than feeling blissful and made it clear that our film belongs to our appreciative audience… we have been happy to present the film to you and your family but due to the recent outbreak of Coronavirus.
We the makers have decided to postpone the release of your film ‘Sooryavanshi’ keeping in mind the health and safety of our beloved audience… and therefore, Sooryavanshi will be right back for you when it is the right time… Afterall the safety comes first… Until then, keep the excitement intact take good care of yourself and stay strong… we shall pull through this…” Team Sooryavanshi
‘Radhe’ shoot cancelled:
Salman Khan is shooting for ‘Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai’ and recently he cancelled an international schedule for the film. According to reports that Salman and Disha were to shoot an action sequence and a song in Azerbaijan but due to the Coronavirus outbreak the same has been cancelled. Prabhudheva directed Radhe is scheduled to hit the silver screens during Eid this year.

Karan Johar’s Takht shoot being cancelled:
Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Alia Bhatt, Jahnvi Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar and Anil Kapoor starrer ‘Takht’ also suffers due to coronavirus outbreak. After Salman called off the shooting of Radhe, Karan Johar’s Takht has also been cancelled due to some reason. The era saga was to be shot in Jaipur and Jaisalmer; however, its shooting was cancelled due to coronavirus outbreak.
Ranveer Singh starrer ’83 trailer launch event called off:
Now, Coronavirus has done some severe damage to Bollywood while some shoots and films being postponed the pandemic also led to the cancellation of the trailer launch event. According to a news portal, ’83 trailer launch was planned to be a massive trailer launch in Mumbai but stands cancelled due to Coronavirus outbreak, since everyone is advised to avoid the crowded places. It was expected to be a gorgeous starry launch, but it seems like fans will have to wait.
Hrithik Roshan US tour postpones:
Hrithik Roshan was all set to fly off to the US next month for a nine-day long trip to greet his fans. However, the handsome actor decided to postpone his plans in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak. He was all set to travel through New Jersey, Chicago, Dallas, San Jose, Atlanta and Washington, the tour was set to start from April 10. However, the organizers and Hrithik will figure out new dates considering the global health scenario.
Salman Khan’s US tour stands on hold:
Salam khan can also be seen taking significant steps to avoid the coronavirus scare. The actor not just cancelled the Radhe shooting schedule but also puts hold on his annual concert tour to the US and Canada. The journey is organized by Sohail Khan, and the actor was supposed to visit New Jersey, Atlanta, Toronto, San Jose and Seattle. The fresh dates are still to be decided.
